Rating

Video Overview

The 'Rating' question is a 'star' rater for a statement or question. This question type is used worldwide to gather quick feedback on customer service or product quality. Rating is different to ranking as you are rating every individual choice on a scale, where as with a rank question you are ranking all of the choices against each other.

The respondent would select a rating on the statement by clicking on one of the available 'star' images. The star rating will be highlighted on mouse-over from the left and will stay the solid colour when the respondent has selected their rating.

Note! The design settings for all 'Rating' questions are copied from the first question on your form. The stars, star colour and star size will all be carried on to the next 'Rating' question when added.

Use Cases

Feedback Quality

You can easily gather customer feedback regarding service or product quality by creating a short rating form. Respondents will be more willing to complete a short rating form as it wont take a lot of time to complete. This can be sent out after the service has been complete and feedback is required.

Large companies use this question type to improve the quality of their service. If a bad rating is received, you could reach out to the customer to discover any further underlying issues with the service.
